Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If, like me, you have been out of the education system for sometime (over 20 years in my case), this is the perfect introduction to algebra. It does have a prerequisite, I believe, of MAT 082 (basic arithmetic). Many degrees, if not all, will require a decent grasp of math and if you need a refresher, this is the ideal class to take.

    Course highlights:

This class covers foundation algebra. If you are rusty in this area, or planning to take a high MAT class, I would suggest taking it to brush up your skills if it's been a while since you took any MAT classes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely worth taking if you haven't taken math in a while!
