Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The instructor is awesome, his feedback is inspiring and it is obvious he is passionate about his subject and loves to teach it.

    Course highlights:

Thus far, I am loving that the professor wants us to interpret alot of the material to show understanding and that there aren't any wrong answers as far as he is concerned.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to read and creatively interpret the material, use your personal experiences and don't be afraid to go deep.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I took this class as a prerequisite for a nursing program. I loved the manner in which Ms. Hartman covered all of the religions and the fluid style in which she taught the course. I never felt as though she was biased toward any certain religion and I learned a great deal, expanding my acceptance of others.

    Course highlights:

I learned how religion originated in prehistoric times, throughout the Axial period, and how our ancient ancestors drew symbols and offered up gifts to gods. Myths and legends evolved from there, which led to solidifying various religious practices, along with prominent religious figures manifesting on earth. I kept a journal expressing my viewpoints of the weekly lessons and videos, which helped me develop a better underatanding of faith.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you keep up with the weekly lessons and don't fall behind. There is a lot of material covered, and you will be required to spend a few hours at minimum weekly completing assignments, quizzes, occasional papers and reading. Ms. Hartman is very accessible if you have questions.

    Course Overview:

simple material. lots of essays and mini quizzes. but pretty easy! I would highly recommend this professor.

    Course highlights:

besides this class being short (I did the 8 week course), I found it very interesting to learn about religions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

just be very prepared to spend a lot of time online reading the textbook, writing essays, and taking quizzes.
