Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to everyone not just health and human service majors. The reason would be it allows our minds to expand.

    Course highlights:

We learned about the main people who bascially allowed us to have sociolgy now. It was just not men it was women as well and we learned the key points.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not play around this is a serious course, put time and effort into this course and get to know your professor

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This was a great intro class that I learned a lot in. The professor was very helpful in helping me succeed in this class.

    Course highlights:

By taking this course you learn about the different types of marriage, to various forms of religion. We cover many subjects, but the professor does a great job giving information on it all. The class is heavily lecture based, so attendance is very important!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise future students to not miss class and take good notes! The exams were all based on information given in lecture. So attendance and note taking is key.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course is extremely informative. The professor does a great job at explaining and teaching the course. She is very good at what she does.

    Course highlights:

The best thing about this course is that the class is provided with a SI leader. SI means Supplemental Instructor. The best thing you could do is utilize this resource. It's a free resource and it helps to give you the best results on your tests and assignments in the course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

There is not really a lot of written work if any, but the best thing you can do is study. You should study at least 1-2 hours a day with this course. There is a lot of information to memorize and it is impossible to get the best results by cramming the night before. Also, utilize the free resources that the university provides, such as the SI sessions and the tutors.
