    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I love that Ms. Massey keeps the class updated on the Web tests due each week. She never fails to send notifications through our student email.

    Course highlights:

I loved that there was an online video of every assignment that I could watch before I got to practice the math itself. I basically had an online video chat with an instructor who taught me the whole semester.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest a scientific calculator. Algebra is just much simpler with technology to help!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would defiantly recommend this course to anyone! It is a great learning experience and Murray State does well with it! This is one of the harder courses but everyone no matter your career will need algebra at some point, so I recommend this one!

    Course highlights:

Through this course Murray State uses a software called Hawkes! I loved using this software, because you are not always going to know exactly how to do everything on your homework, but Hawkes gives you strikes and lets you have 3 tries to get your question right! Also on there was a practice button before you do the homework that also had a tutor to help you! I enjoyed learning in this way!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give students is to stay focus always, and always stay on task! Don't ever slack on your work, and think you can do it later, because most of us will never get it done later! I am one that has that problem and it almost cost me the class! This class is harder, but if you stay focused, do your homework, and believe you can, this class as well as anything is possible!

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Not much to tell. I didn't take the course very long.

    Course highlights:

Not much, since I wasn't in the class very long.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class and listen to the teacher, ask for help when you need it.
