Introductory to Nutrition is a very useful course, considering that we live in the "Fast Food" culture, I think everyone needs to know what the are eating and how is that affecting their bodies because we are what we eat. This course will help spread knowledge and awareness about the nutrients that we need and the nutrients that we eat.
I learned a lifestyle, it has absolutely changed my perspective on nutrition and help me watch what I eat better and make sure I'm consuming what my body needs to stay well-balanced and healthy.
