    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is on the easier side, but you still get all the information you will need. The answers for the quizzes, assignments, and tests can all be found in the book or notes.

    Course highlights:

The class throughly informed me about what happened after the Civil War. Learning about the rights of the races and women was very inceptive.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take detailed notes, and pay attention to the power-points.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I took this course concurrently, and it is fairly simple and does not require a lot of effort other than showing up and paying good attention. You will not need to do much outside of class other than the one topic report assignment, and if that is started early it is stress-free as well.

    Course highlights:

For me, the highlight of this course was the topic report. You get to choose your topic, so I chose something that interested me and ended up learning a lot about it and enjoying the research. I did also learn a lot about US History in general, but the chosen topic definitely intrigued me more.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

It is likely a necessary requirement for you, and this is an easy way to fulfill it. You may get bored at times, but it is worth it, and at least it is simple and stress-free. Also, show up to class!
