Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This class focused on introducing the important concepts when it comes to nutrition. It applies what you study in the class to your own diet within a time of 24 hours, in 2/3 assignments that are written. This allows a physical example to be made and makes it easier to understand. This is a great course to give you a taster into the study of nutrition and would help you make the choice if it is something that you want to study in the future.
I learnt varying facts about the different eating disorders and also what is required to have a healthy diet. This proved to be more difficult than expected when you start to look into the content of some of the foods. I also found this class was rather enjoyable alongside some of my other classes as it seemed more relaxed.

Write everything down that the professor writes on the board, it covers all the content you need and means you don't have to buy the textbook which is another bonus. The assignments don't take too long as the professor fully explains them beforehand. The exams are multiple choice as well which makes it easier to find the right answer.
