    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The thing I appreciate about this course is the way Mel Latorre teaches it. He soundly teaches the Scripture in the Old Testament that is accurate and understanding. He teaches it, and he applies it to our day to day lives.

    Course highlights:

I've learned to never doubt. After all, Abraham and Sarah couldn't have children until Abraham was 100 and Sarah was 90. Sarah was also barren. However, God still allowed her to give birth to Issac. Don't ever doubt the Creator and His capabilities.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Notes in class are beneficial especially when you're filling out a study guide before an exam. Make sure you take care of the daily readings because there are daily quizzes. Overall, if you are responsible and you take care of business, you will do well in this class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because, well, it's required and Lynn McMillon is a very good teacher. Although it can be a little boring at times, it's still a good class to take.

    Course highlights:

This course definitely gives you a good background of biblical history, though it can be boring at times. I learned quite a bit in this course of which I was previously unaware.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared for daily quizzes, because they add up quickly.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This was a good survey class. Take it if you need an easy Bible credit. Testut knows what he's talking about.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of basic facts about the Old Testament, like people and books and different time periods, as well as summaries of different stories. The weekly quizzes were often difficult, but if you do the readings it should be fine.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take the quizzes with a couple other people. But do the readings, really. And you don't really have to take notes, because he posts the power points to Blackboard anyway, if I remember correctly. And you don't ever have to participate in discussions.
