    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Some of the material was beneficial, but it was largely one-sided and taught in an uninteresting way. It's good information for someone to know, if they wish to learn about very conservative Restoration Movement theology, but it wasn't useful for someone wishing to know how to evangelize. I took it online--perhaps the in-class version was different

    Course highlights:

I thought the arguments against the use of instramental music in worship were intriguing.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You really need to do the work book and commit to memory early on how to complete the various charts. It seems dumb to do, but if you want to do the class, you need to memorize them!

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Honestly, the information in this course was very outdated. Not to say it wouldn't be effective, but methods need to change as culture evolves or they become less and less effective in reaching people.

    Course highlights:

This course was actually very informative about the Church of Christ and its stance on certain issues. I wasn't raised in the CoC so I didn't know a lot about what the official opinion was on a lot of things. This course cleared some of that up for me.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is a LOT of memorization. Honestly, just memorize the information the way it's given, even if, like me, you don't agree with it. This course is required for credit in a lot of majors, especially in the Bible Department, so you can't just disagree with what's being taught and graded, even if you do so privately. Learn some good memorization tricks, and fill out your notes religiously.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course has prepared me for many of the questions the teens in the church I am interning in have asked me.

    Course highlights:

Dr. North takes you through 10 questions you need to have answers to about your faith.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to study the material! The tests are exact copies of the worksheets.
