Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Epperson, though a somewhat eccentric individual, has a passion for English composition that can be infectious. He is clearly teaching for the joy of teaching, and he genuinely cares for the well-being and success of each of his students.

    Course highlights:

Personally, the most rewarding aspect of the class was the diverse reading selections we discussed in class. We covered authors such as C. S. Lewis, Dorothy L. Sayers, and Lynn White, Jr., writing on topics ranging from myth and fairy tale to ecology. As a person who wants to be well-versed in myriad authors and subjects, this class was a delight.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do the reading and be prepared to speak. Dr. Epperson was known to call on people randomly if no one volunteered to answer. If you know the material and keep up with the course schedule, you will have no trouble passing this class.
