    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

If you're attending ORU, Oral Com 101 is required! Even if you transfer out, it's a great course that will help you feel more comfortable with public speaking.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to give different types of speeches, particularly the persuasive speech. The content and examples for speeches were very relevant and helpful.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just follow the workbook when it comes to making your speech outlines. If you can take directions and get to know your classmates a little, you will feel more comfortable when it's time to deliver your speech and you will do very well in the class.
