Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

First, this class is a required course. For the lab portion of this class, I had Dr, Shannon. He is a very good teacher and knows just how far to push a student so that they will succeed in his class.

    Course highlights:

This class teaches you how to live a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You are required to obtain 50 aerobic points per week. This is done through performing different exercises. The points are easy to obtain if you appropriately set up your schedule allowing for time to workout.
