Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I totally recommend Mrs Bennett. She's so nice and friendly, she's a great teacher. I recommend HPE 1 becuase its a great way to get fit and active (it's mandatory at ORU anyway)

    Course highlights:

my highlight of the course was the field test. I hadn't done too well on the exams so doing well on the field test brought my grade up to a B.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Try to do well in the exams, there are only two of them. That way, you don't have too much pressure for the field test.Take all the extra credit opportunities, especially the fun run.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it challenges you physically. When if first started this course I was not a great distance runner. But after taking this course I can run long distances no problem.

    Course highlights:

One of the highlights of this course was learning about the human body and exercise. Anatomy was taught in conjunction with exercise which made it really fun and interesting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to be pushed physically!!

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:
