This course is required, but it is also interesting. the fundamentals of life are broken down in a way that one can actually consume and understand.
From the hierarchy of species to cellular respiration and reproduction, this course gives you an in-depth look at how life is sustained on Planet Earth. This is a 4 credit course and includes lab work, so be prepared to study and work hard. In the end though, the hard work will pay off. Think of this course as the foundation for any career you are pursuing in the Sciences, and embrace the material along the way.

Do your research on the professor, and choose wisely. This course would have been much more difficult had I not had a professor who gave us every opportunity to succeed. There was a lot of homework and both a lecture and lab quiz every week, but it made the material easier to digest and retain.
