    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class has been beneficial to me although it has not been an easy class to take. Professor Thompson grades our work very tightly although she is willing to answer any questions via email. The main complain I have is that she will give you semi low grades but not give extremely thorough reasons as to why. I have learned a lot and the work isn't too overwhelming as long as you allow yourself time to get the work done.

    Course highlights:

In my high school courses, I was not taught how to do MLA format or write college-level essays at all. This class was difficult for me because I had no previous experience and it taught me how to write these essays and what the correct format is.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you take this course, be prepared to spend a supple amount of time reading and doing research. The quizzes are fairly easy and the discussion boards are easy grades. The essays are the most crucial portion of this course and it is important that you put everything into them.

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for all those who need Comp 1 and want a pretty easy course. I took the online class and had no problem finishing assignments on-time or with lots of time to spare. The instructor put plenty of information to detail each assignment and responded to any and all questions quickly.

    Course highlights:

The highlight was that it is online so for the most part you can complete assignments on your own time. Usually there was an assignment due every week but it was assigned at the beginning of the week and due at the end of the week or the following week.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you thoroughly read every assigned reading and follow the rubric to the t. The class itself isn't hard if you follow exactly what she says to do and you be VERY specific . The more details and support you have the better your grade will be. She is open to controversial topics and POV's just be sure you have more than enough evidence and have fully backed up and and all claims you make.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course and the professor are laid back. Don't expect to be able to turn in assignments late or anything!

    Course highlights:

I learn and improved aspects of my academic writing. My grammar and essay structure came out of this class way better that I started with.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not fall behind! Always stay caught up with what we are learning about.
