Not too easy. Not too difficult.
We were not only taught the concepts of entrepreneurship but our guest speakers each week were the cream of the crop. They joined the class and had in-depth discussions on everything from franchising a coffee shop to inventing a whole new product and seeing if through the process of thought-idea-design-production-merchandising and marketing and retail.
The biggest take-away in this class was that you must do more than create and pitch. There are figures that will need to be analyzed, there will be hurdles to overcome, and that is before you even put a plan into action. So many people jump with their whole heart, but not whole mind. Business needs to be analytical, not emotional.
