    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

She is an amazing instructor. She's very helpful when people get super nervous.

    Course highlights:

No matter what you're always going to be nervous speaking in front of people. The professor and the students in my class were so supportive that it made it easier.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't wait till the night before to do your assignments because that's what I did.

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to write a lot of speeches.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it was a really nice gate way into public speaking. Personally I hate talking in front of other people, but this class was a really easy way to get comfortable with the idea. I feel like in college they are going to push you, so this is a good class to take if you are not as confident in public speaking!

    Course highlights:

From this class I learned the basic public speaking structure to put the majority of your future speeches in. She really goes over it well, making it easy to remember and apply on your own. Even after that class was over, I was still able to use the skills she taught and apply them to other classes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be able to put in work outside of class. Just because she goes over some notes in class does not mean she is telling you everything you're expected to know. She will put a lot of questions in the midterm from the book. If you don't read the book it makes things pretty hard.
