Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I leanred a lot from this course. Dr. Morgan taught the material very clearly.

    Course highlights:

Physical activity and nutrition was the main part of this course. I learned a lot on obesity and how little inactivity can lead to multiple problems with your body. I found these statistics very interesting. Also, a lot about what we eat, the sugar content ect. I now always look on food labels.

    Advice for students:

Make sure you keep track of the quizzes online. Study terms every week not just before finals!
