This class was tough.
McDaniel is a very straightforward professor. He bangs through ppt lectures in a timely manner while still managing to keep the audience awake. Most of his test questions come right out of the textbook. I recommend you read it.
The chapter on the metabolic pathways behind the rods and cones in the retina, and how stimulation and the whole pathway towards sight was very insightful albeit challenging material.
