    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course because I have gone to school for over 15 years and this is one of the courses that I remember material from every single day. I use terms I learned in this class regularly, and apply it to my daily life often. Not many classes have had this affect on me or left such a high impact from what I have learned.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was definitely the projects. We got to choose what we wanted to do but those projects were used to apply the terms we learned in class, in real life. We learned all about healthy communities and what factors makes a community healthy, and I did not realize what kind of a healthy community really was. I now notice things such as green space, open space and green bike lanes in a community, which is something I would not have noticed if it was not for this course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend future students to really take this course seriously and try applying it to daily life. It will benefit your overall health SO much and it really does make a difference to know terms about healthy communities. It is more than just a healthy community class, but how to better improve your own health by surrounding yourself in a healthy community.
