    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is a prerequisite for most biology majors. The professors are not bad and are willing to help you. Just be respectful.

    Course highlights:

You will learn the molecular and physiological aspects of the human body, but they are only scratching the surface of this complex topic. The labs were interesting (and depending on the lab professors, they can help you a long way).

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study from the notes, books, and with other classmates (this last one is optional). Always quiz yourself. Ask professors for help when needed.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The questions are tough because they apply concepts rather than simply extracting facts.

    Course highlights:

50 chapter questions in Mastering Biology helpful to prep for tests.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

What a guy! His lectures are very well taught.
