Pretty easy, overall.
Michelle is extremely nice and a really good teacher. She tells great, relevant stories and invites several inspiring guest speakers. The class is really straight forward as long as you show up!
I learned how to be a healthy individual not only in a physical sense, but also in a mental sense. We learned about what makes things happen not just what happens. It was an extremely useful class to my daily life. You also don't need a textbook!

Go to class and take notes. I would also recommend going to talk to her after class. If she knows you, she'll like you more.
