    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor's teaching style didn't really suit my way of learning so I would seldom attend the lecture. Instead, I would study for hours on end, in the library weekly. All of the powerpoint slides and reading materials were available online. However, I ALWAYS attended the lab section of this class. I learn better hands-on so I made sure to come to every lecture class. Some days are good; some days our lab instructor would be so pissed at us for making elementary mistakes. Its about picking your battles and learning to adapt to what you have in front of you.

    Course highlights:

I definitely learned to be more self-sufficient. I would not go to lecture; but I would spend hours in the library studying every detail of this class, on my own time. This class was definitely tough but you will learn a lot of basic skills that would be a great foundation in any lab-style careers.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY! Know your own study style and stick to it - carve out time to go over the lessons in the lab section. Go to lab! Many things you will learn better by seeing it in person, and learning to do it yourself. Its way different from learning it through a computer screen or the pages of a book.
