    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a valuable programming course and Professor Heller knows what he is talking about.

    Course highlights:

I built upon what I learned in CS 46A and learned how to program multiple classes instead of just methods. We also learned about Hashsets, Treesets, working with data, how to organize information, and how to create a program to organize information.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you listen in class, take notes, and be prepared to think critically. You cannot do half the homework, then go online and ask how to do the rest. People answer much more vaguely than in 46A.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

If you did well in CS46A, then this class should be no problem for you.

    Course highlights:

The professor explained concepts in an easy to understand and entertaining manner.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I strong recommend learning the material more in depth on your own. While his exams are fairly easy, it would be in your best interest as a programmer to do so.
