    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I always recommend business courses. We live in a business economy and a BA 101 course will give you such a solid foundation on what the business world consists of.

    Course highlights:

I definitely enjoyed learning about the various corporation types. Most people do not know the differences between sole proprietorships, LLCs and full blown Corporations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend your classes and go over the material given to you. If you're simply willing to put in a minimal effort, you should have no problem succeeding in an introductory business course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was an amazing course taught by incredible instructor. When I took it was a 6 credit class which required a lot of quizzes and group work, but it taught me a lot about business and showed me I had what it takes to be in college.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course was doing a business simulation which taught me a lot about different prices affect sales and other aspects of owning a business.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take time to read the chapter and just put effort into the course. Grab the low hanging fruit and pick up as many easy points as you can because they go a long way in helping you achieve a good grade in the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He has over 20 years experience in the business world. You don't always see this with professors and it isn't necessary. Business is as much a science as it is practical. He offers many anecdotes from his own work that helps the student succeed in his class.

    Course highlights:

I learned the fundamentals of business. You get an excellent overview of business and I recall a lot of the information as I work at a family-owned business and hope to own myself someday.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the work, its not that difficult. It requires some attention, but it's a 6 credit class and I almost got an eye doing about 3 credits worth of stuff. So pay attention, do your homework and don't take shortcuts. He is really fair and will work with you. But he won't be a pushover.
