Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a really good class. The course work pertains to real life topics. The course work is mostly online and open note, so it's easy to fact check and learn. Almost all of the assignments are very individualized and get you active.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were that the class work directly applies to real life. The work is individualized and gets you active and moving. It makes you think about what you eat and your eveyday diet.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up to class. Actually do the assignments because they will help later. Focus on the big concepts. Details are important but they are eay to look up so foucus on the big idea behind them.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class has helped me so much throughout the year. It's kind of a wake up call for the most part. It shows you the different ways you could get sick and how to prevent it. It has changed my life for the better cause I now live a healthy life style and can easily say I'm healthier than I've ever been.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this class would have to be just being educated on your well being. I love how we test our weight, our BMI, and our cholesterol. That's something I wouldn't have done on my own. We also did a mile walk which was also super relaxing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice for students taking this course would have to be prepared and do all the labs on time. It's super easy to get lost in the learning because we go through so much in 8 hours. The 8 hours go by pretty fast though. Also bring lunch or else you will starve.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Through this may seem like a boring prerequisite required for graduation, I would highly recommend going into the class with a good attitude. Be prepared to gain lots of valuable information about health and taking care of yourself over the course of your life.

    Course highlights:

We covered a few main aspects and topics over the course. We talked about nutrition, looking over nutrition labels was valuable. It was an eye opener to look at what you were consuming. We talked about exercise and working every part of your body.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Very easy A. Just do your homework on time and attend the class.
