Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This class was a good refresher for understanding the basics of Biology. It expanded on ideas learned in high school level courses and is a good start to the sequence. The professor's lectures give a decent amount of information, however his lectures were often very dry and I found myself looking at other resources to fully understand the material.
The highlights of this course included intro to cell division, photosynthesis and cellular respiration, genetics, division of species into different kingdoms and domains, and cell organelles.

Advice for students:
Be sure to fully understand the concepts presented as they come, do not wait if you do not understand a topic. It is better to get clarification right off the bat on the material by reading the textbook or going into office hours.
