Off campus housing is WAY more expensive than I thought it was going to be. The average cost per person renting an apartment is about $600 if you want your own room in the apartment, usually more. That being said, most of the places available for are pretty nice and new.
Greeks do have a big presence on campus, and do throw the most parties, however, you aren't looked down upon if you are not involved. My friends who are in it have had such a good time that they have convinced me and several other of my friends to rush as sophomores.

it seems most houses allow the members to live in the house sophomore year, and then you only live in a senior or junior if you are in exec. The sorority houses are all very nice and well kept. The frat houses are almost all very worn down, especially on the inside.
