Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I am in the Journalism School at my college, and it is the absolute best. We have the best professors, and they hold their students to the highest standards. They want us to be ready for post-graduation, and that is reflected in our curriculum.

    Course highlights:

The journalism building is one of the best on campus; it has places to hang out in between class, rooms to work on group projects, and multiple computer labs that students always have access to.present. not highly utilized by me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

We have a great athletic department; team performance is good, we have a great fan section at games who are full of school spirit. For non-athletes, people who just enjoy working out, we have a great rec center and intramural sports are highly encouraged.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

UO doesn't care what you do in your personal life. They will put on a facade for parents that they have strict policies, but these are carried out by fellow students. I don't mind it, but the whole thing seems like a lie.

    Course highlights:

Departments can have very redundant and overlapping themes in the classroom. Seems to be a lot of finger pointing when discussing the world's problems. Would like to see more of a solution-oriented curriculum.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Once great journalism school is obsessed with gender and race in academia. Needs to be more innovative and take on a more vocational approach.Had no problem getting in. I suspect it was because I was an out of state student, and they can bring in more money.
