This class was tough.
Not only was the instructor knowledgeable about the subject and available for the students, but this course used group projects to build each student’s interpersonal skills. Individuals were given the opportunity to succeed by demonstrating their ability to work well with others, and grades were based on the student’s self-evaluation.
In the world of business, everything is built on good communication. But managers are always dealing with people from different cultures with different worldviews, customs, and beliefs. Through the power of emotional intelligence and the rhetorical triangle, this course equips students to empathize with others and turn tenuous relationships into strong business connections.
