Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course for your first term of college because it prepares you for the high math levels.

    Course highlights:

I teacher broke core concepts done in a way that really help me learn effectively.

    Hours per week:

Don't do all the work on your own. There are plenty of resources on campus that you should take advantage of. I recommend going to tutoring for this course specifically.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

For me math is not my favorite subject by any means, but in this class Ben really engaged with his students and helped us all understand the material. We learned everything from Logarithms to functions. This class ended up really helped improve my studying and math skills

    Course highlights:

My favorite topics we covered were Logarithms. Ben made great worksheets and was very flexible with rescheduling test make up times. He went above and beyond to help his students

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I suggest going to class every day. Taking time outside of class to really study for tips and focus on what you need to improve on. Take advantage of office hours and express and concerns you may have regarding a problem

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class for anyone that needs a math credit because it makes you work hard but once you understand the work it is easy to keep going.

    Course highlights:

I won't know exactly how much I learned until I take calculus in the winter, but a highlight was being able to talk to the teacher and ask questions whenever. Professor Collett is very good at explaining things in multiple ways.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the homework assigned and take good notes in class.
