Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I am a psychology major, so I find this interesting. He is very engaging for a class of 520 students and even though he uses PowerPoints, he incorporates videos as well as interactive class questions to keep us engaged in the material.

    Course highlights:

I think the most interesting part was learning different areas the brain and about different brain synapses, you learn why and how humans think the way they do and I thought it was extremely interesting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to do the book readings because it is not all the same stuff he talks about in class. Also when taking the tests, make sure to study for more material than just what he puts on the study guide, that is just SOME of the material discussed in class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I loved Professor Pennefather! I have taken two classes with him and loved both of them. Even though both of the courses I took were required for psych majors, he made them fun. I was never dreading going to class and he is really helpful if you have any questions. I also loved that because he teaches so many different courses he has a ton of knowledge about a lot of different psych topics.

    Course highlights:

This course is one of the required courses for psych majors. I much preferred it to 201. This course discusses the brain in a way that is not so technical. We learned about disorders and how the affect every day life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you have any questions at all, don't feel weird about asking! Participation doesn't count so if you're the kid that doesn't want to go to class you will do fine as long as you review the lecture slides.
