    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because the professor is great, and the course in itself is very interesting.

    Course highlights:

highlights of the course were oddly enough, the lectures and that is because the professor was so enthusiastic, funny, and made the lecture and course enjoyable. Throughout the course I learned a lot of interesting introductory sociology concepts such as gender, and race inequalities.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

As long as you show up to the majority of the lectures and discussion sections, the class is an easy A.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Pascoe is an extremely engaging teacher, she is always willing to work with students, and the material in this course is very interesting.

    Course highlights:

We learned many things in this course, from the structure of society, to what social imagination is. We've discussed serial killers, and suicide. This course has taught me so much.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Taking notes that will be useful later, rather than simply writing the slides verbatim was extremely helpful.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This Sociology course was not my first choice, I must admit. But during the first two lectures led by Professor Dreiling, I was intrigued. The professor made me question myself, the way I think, and about the world that I'm living in. This course is beginning to help me open my eyes to major issues in society by studying the social life

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was when professor Dreiling explained to the class about how the "self is a product" What he means by this, is that society has these expectations that are expected of us, and by us acting on it, we are becoming society's "product". These expectations are in the form of us being expected to graduate high school, go to college, get married, and have a family.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all of the research that you need to not only help with the coursework given but to broaden your knowledge about society and social image. It is always great to do study more about the topics at hand at your own curiosity.
