    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This class gave me a better understanding of how poverty effects individuals and how these factors provide such a disparity in opportunities. Ultimately, it made me more sympathetic to those sturggling with economic disadvantages.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about the factors that contribute to poverty, the difficulty of getting out of poverty, the services available to people in poverty, and ways to reduce poverty and its effects.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Come with an open mind and make the most of your service project.
