Always Do the Reading
Great Intro to the Subject
Pretty easy, overall.
It was a good course - an overview of religion in the United States. Workload was a little light for 4 credits, which is always nice. Professor is nice and genuinely interested, although I cannot remember her name.
I found the information on deism and anti-catholicism to be very interesting (the latter quite sad). Definitely pay attention to the chapters you are reading, as there are regular quizzes. Take a lot of notes - having examples comes in handy for the essays and the lecture slides are only pictures, so later review of them doesn't really help.

Advice for students:
Take lots of notes! Review significant events in chapters you read, and the characters and their relation to each other - that's what I recall being quizzed on. The notes are super helpful for the essay, as you need specific examples and the lectures notes are just pictures and there isn't a textbook.
