Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was full of information that is relevant to our education system today. It made me sympathize for children in underfunded classrooms. I was lucky enough to grow up in the suburbs, where our school system was not run down and those effects will benefit me forever.

    Course highlights:

Our teacher, Mike O'Malley, was the best teacher that I have ever had. His enthusiasm echoed throughout his course material which made learning easy. You could tell he was teaching about something that he was passionate about. That make my interest spike. He also brought in information that was current in our society, information that you wouldn't necessarily think about unless you were put in that situation. I think that part of the course made me a more compassionate person.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it! Not necessarily this exact course but something that this teacher teaches. Read all of the books, and go over the lectures. All of the information is relevant to life, whether it was the dates of events he shared or books he raved about. I would also recommend reading the book savage inequalities. A good read that he strongly recommended.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is an online course that is offered through the university and can be taken at any time. It helped me to be able to have time to do my football practice and go to class when it was convenient for me since it was online.

    Course highlights:

I learned some of the in's and out;s to the education system and it's importance. I also learned how to make a website, which was hard but fun.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of you assignments. Don't be afraid to ask questions of your instructor or other classmates through the forums.
