Pretty easy, overall.
This course really opens up your mind to the different people and issues across the world, I think it should be required for everyone to take this class or something similar to this. It can help you see from a different point of view and have more compassion for other cultures.
This course has completely changed my life and introduced me to something I have never fully comprehended. I am now a Cultural Anthropology major because of this class and want to continuously learn about the topics discussed throughout the course. You learn about multiple cultures, issues with food security and food sovereignty, and damages done to the environment.

Advice for students:
Do the readings, assignments, and go to class every day! As long as you do all of those things you won't have to study for the midterm or final, unless you completely goofed off the entire time. It is a very easy course with very basic information and you shouldn't have any trouble with earning the three credits.
