    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The material in the class is amazing. There is so much information within the course. If you take it online like I did, I would recommend it being the only course you take.

    Course highlights:

I learned all about mammals, all the way down to the family level and what animals are within that family and the specifics of each. You learn about reproduction, how they handle the heat and the cold.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to study! Know the material and how to use it. Not just definitions.. apply them!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was a fun course that was nicely broken down into specific components that didn't overwhelm the student.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part was learning about the physiology and behavior of mammals. There was also a section on historical movement patterns as the climate changed which was interesting.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Focus on the scientific names and taxonomy for each mammal because it's like learning a new language.
