Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this class because it opens your eyes to many aspects of our lives that we do not normally consider. For example that people are more likely take the stairs compared to the escalator if they see a sign, or if the stairs are easier to find. This class showed me many things about our culture of physical activity and how much the United States needs to make it more of a priority.
The highlight of this course for me was the group activity we did which was we had to come up with a fun type of small exercise game to do in the middle of class to keep our minds active and to get our body active for just a few minutes during a lecture. I learned that it is very important to strategically place signs, roads, sidewalks, houses, and buildings to make it a more physical active community.

Advice for students:
Go to class, take notes, take the quizzes, and get the book. If you do all of these things the class will not be to hard for you and it will be very interesting to you as a learner.
