    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    In most cases, it is a general education class and you will have to take it. Make the most of it! When the professor lets you choose your subject, choose one relating to you major. This educates you on more complicated subjects in your major and can give you valuable information about what your major will be down the line.

    Course highlights:

    I got better at basic writing techniques and got better at how to examine an idea critically. I also learned the different types of essays and when they should be applied.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Write about what you are passionate about. If possible see if you can line up your major with your interests and then the writing will come easy.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I learned how to write real essays in this course.

    Course highlights:

    This course pushed me to use rhetoric in a positive fashion. I also learned satire is my strong suit.

    Advice for students:

    Be prepared for the hard work. It is 100% worth it though.

    Course Overview:

    The course focuses on discussion and question. It encourage people to ask about the nature of asking. Question is an unique thing that no other animal on Earth has ever attempt. So asking a question about question is basically asking the fundamental difference between rest of the animals on Earth and human.

    Course highlights:

    The highlight of the class is essentially not about the lecture, instead, it is all about interacting with other classmates. Inquiry is helpful in terms of stimulating creativity in writing.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Be creative and accept other people's perspective, even if you don't fully agree with them.
