This class was tough.
I would recommend this course because Mr. Cole Chatterton is the absolute best at what he does. He is the head of the Business Department at Portland Community College. I took two classes with him and I learned so much more than I expected to learn. His teaching style is a little different but in a good way! Our assignments were fun, challenging, but all around everything was well-rounded. We learned how difficult it can be to work on a team and collaborate with 4-5 other students outside of class time. He taught our class so much great 'real life' information that I never would have known or understood without hearing them from him. I have gone on to share what I have learned from him with many people in my life such as family, friends, and coworkers. He is an " A++++" teacher!
The highlights of the second course I took from him (which was BA COMM) was the fun, crazy, difficult assignments that were out of the 'norm' but they taught me to much!! My team and I did an amazing Philanthropy project that I'll never forget. We put together a booth, near the cafeteria, and attempted to get as many students we could gather up to help us clean up Forest Park, in Portland OR. When the project was complete, after the day of stewardship and park clean up, we made the most amazing video of the entire project from start to finish. On top of all of that we also recruited one of the main park clean up coordinators to come and speak with our class about how it all works, and to encourage them to come to any of the monthly clean up days.

Advice for students:
My advice would be to make sure you get a good team to work with! If you can, get someone on your team who's a multimedia major. I had one on my team and that made the quality of our video so amazing! I would also encourage them to meet up with their team outside of class at least twice a week if not more.
