    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Daniel Fish is an excellent math teacher. Not only was his class easy, but he would not let you leave the class unless he talked with all of you one and one and made sure you understood the material. This is a teacher who teaches to mastery, and it's something that I believe all classes should do.

    Course highlights:

Fish teaches in a way that doesn't confuse or complicate things. He was super personable and treated you like an adult. I probably learned more from him than any math teacher I've taken before or since.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up for each day of class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because while math is required I found it very difficult in the past, through out all of high school I struggled with math and usually wound up with a D or failing it entirely. However, this teacher was amazing! He was patient and smart and made a lot of his own examples that put all those numbers and formulas into a real world context that made them so much easier to understand.

    Course highlights:

I not only gained a passing grade in this class, but my understanding of math evolved and understanding the materials this term made my confidence increase as well. I now have less anxiety when it comes to math and feel better about my abilities in the field.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't miss class! The teacher is far easier to understand than the book, it will definitely hurt your chances of understanding the material.
