    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I loved this course. Amy is passionate about her subject and shares the material in a really relevant way. She is able to break down complicated science jargon into terms anyone could understand. She is funny, witty, and keeps things interesting despite late evening classes. Course work outside of class hours is minimal and is usually just a quick multiple choice quiz online each week.

    Course highlights:

Um, everything. Apparently I had forgotten everything I had learned about our solar system. This class was an awesome refresher about planets, stars, the moon, our universe, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared for a decent amount of factoid based content, lots of details to recall about various moon phases, planet features, galaxy types, etc. However, if you enjoy it it's a great use of time and has many real world applications.
