Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course so you can get in the habit of being expected to do a lot of homework that is required during college. Kinsella is great at giving instructions, as well as being stern on the way that she grades her work and what she will or will not accept in her class.

    Course highlights:

I personally enjoyed all of the reading we were forced to do. The books that Kinsella had us read had a lot of commentary on American society and I learned the pros and cons that go on in America through fictional text.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would highly recommend planning out which assignment you are going to do on which day and how long you intend on working on it. Kinsella does NOT give out work that can be done in a rush, so you will need to take the time to just sit down and study.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was something that at first I straggled with, but then helped me become a better reader, writer and analyzer, which helped me start my other term smoothly with no issues. As a two languages speaker, making English my third language was difficult and hard to overcome, but having great professors and teachers is what makes your straggle even easier, which was for me. On reason I would recommend this course to you is that I learned so many new things that would even help me in life from my professor, and I'm sure you would too.

    Course highlights:

Taking this course opened my eyes to the real life behind that I was blind to metaphorically. It was everyday readings about real events that happened around the world including pollution, human evolution, climates changes, technology and more. As I perfected my English, I also learned many things that are effecting our environment and what we can do to stop it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read a lot about the assignment you get for the next class, because reading more about it would help you engage in the discussion and even write a better and clear paper.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is very homework generated but the professor Leslie Boyd is amazing and willing to help with anything!

    Course highlights:

This course revolved around "culture" and it helped me have a better understand for what people think about their cultures.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all of the work. A lot of homework is assigned and it will impact your grade a lot if you dont do it.
