    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I believe the class if formatted well and that you are able to learn a lot however the exams are definitely very difficult. Although I was able to do well on them, she likes to include questions that are either trick questions, or come from very minor details covered in 200 pages of text. So make sure to read the textbook and memorize all of the key words. The tests are made up for though as she does offer extra credit and gives a very generous curve ( I received 113% on the first exam and would have received a B if not for the extra credit and curve).

    Course highlights:

She lays out the basics of US Government very well. I definitely left the class having a solid understanding of basic government.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study study study! You have to make sure to keep up on the work for sure or else you will reap the results in the exam.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Byrd is the only political science professor at the Rock Creek campus, but he's also really good. He makes the content very interesting to learn. Sometimes I feel like this is more of a stand-up comedy routine than a class, in a good way.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the US Constitution and what my rights as a citizen are. This class is a must for everyone eligible to vote.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Doing the readings is optional, but it really does help. More or less the lectures are the most important. Make sure to take notes every class.
