Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I haveven taken numerous classes with David and he has given me a new outlook on history and the way he teaches it has sparked a real interest in continuing to study history.

    Course highlights:

It was a survey, so it was pretty broad covering up to about 1970 or so. I learned a great deal about the civil rights movement which haday been a long time coming in the U.S. It's amazing that it was so recent that Africans in this county gained the basic freedoms that whites have had forever. The U.S. has a lot to make up for.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Enjoy writing. Enjoy taking essay tests because he does not give multiple choice tests. If you don't like to take notes you will learn to take notes and learn to enjoy it as well as learn the importance of it. You will find that you absorb much more information if you do.
