Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course because it teaches students how to go about their stress and look at it from a different angle; for example, instead of a negative response, the course teaches students to look at their stress as a positive response. The class also reveals things that the student may not have known about themselves and gives insight on what it all means.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was to teach students how to look at their stress in a different way than they let on. It gives advise on different coping strategies and exercises students can do to help lower their stress level. I learned that it's okay to be stressed and that it is also okay to take a beak every once in a while. Not everything is going to go smoothly and sometimes, a nice break is all that someone might need to get through their daily tasks. What I have learned from this course has had a great impact on my ability to getting things done quickly and efficiently.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This is an easy class that anyone can take, the odds of succeeding the class are very high in the students favor. Any tips that I may have for someone who may want to take the class is to make sure they keep up with the work for the class, and be attended for every class. The teacher for the class, depending where the class is taken, is very respectful and understanding to all students, and if a student is struggling on keeping up with the work, they can let the teacher know and get an extension. It is an overall fun and easy class, and is welcome to anyone and everyone to take.
