Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course because many students struggle to balance between school, work, as well as problems at home. The course goes through ways to improve stress and manage one's overall health. Everything I learned in this course helped me end my first year of college strong and gave me life skills not just for school, but for my future.

    Course highlights:

The main point of this course was to help students be more knowledgeable about what stress is and how it greatly affects our health. The things that were taught include ways to deal and cope with stress, how to overcome stress, and techniques to improve stress and mental health.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

One advice I would give to a student planning on entering this class is that it takes commitment. Like any other class, a student needs to be attentive in order to take in all the necessary information that the professor is handing out.

    Advice for students:

Go to class every day! It is the most efficient way to spend your time.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It will help you see and understand the true definition of health in a way you probably wouldn't think of.

    Course highlights:

You will learn about health, drugs, stress, diseases, alcohol, food labels, false advertisements, and how to cope with all of these.

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

If you're passionate and come into class excited to learn, the course should fly by very quickly. Take a lot of notes and manage your time so that you read your notes after class.
