    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because I have gained so much knowledge of the Real estate industry, which I can apply to my life. This course is not just for persons who want to become a Real Estate Agent, but for anyone who intends to purchase, sells, rent or lease a property. You gain information that will enable you to make an educated decision and how to avoid certain challenges that are commonly faced by individuals.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course are just the vast knowledge that I have gained. I learned about the types of estates, types of contracts, I learned about deeds, Brokerage, property management, real estate laws, practices and agency.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

You have to be plan to dedicate at least 3 hours per day each week and not to fall behind the course outline schedule, as the course is packed with lots of information and catching up can be very challenging. I would also advise them to keep flash cards with definitions and go over them every day as the course has lots of definitions which they have to know and understand in order to understand the course completely.
