Pretty easy, overall.
The professor is excellent at simplifying concepts, and she provides plenty of opportunities to succeed in the class. She is very passionate about the subject, which makes it fun to learn!
I actually learned a lot about the numerous controversies in nutrition, and how little we truly know about what we eat. After taking this course, I started to pay more attention to the things I eat because I learned so much about food groups like meat and dairy as well as the benefits and drawbacks of vitamins and minerals!

She provides study guides, and answering all of the questions on the study guides as well as looking at the quiz section of the textbook at the end of each chapter truly helped me succeed.
