Pretty easy, overall.
I loved this class! It was the first hybrid class I've ever taken and it was great. Meeting up only once a week gave us plenty of time to have in class discussions not only that but we had weekly posts that let us share our thoughts about certain articles read in class. The professor was so nice and was very good at getting the point across.
The highlights of this course was probably the one time we had a powerpoint of mediation and actually got to do a couple yoga and meditation practices in class. Something I got out of this class and has really been helping me till this day is changing the way I view and let stress affect me.
