Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was essential in allowing me to adjust to college courses, meet other freshman, connect with my professor, and gain insight into contrasting views of the natural world.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the class trips and activities such as canoeing, camping, and art gallery visit. I learned the importance of humans' influence on natural landscapes and how being able to identify the trees and plants around you makes you feel more connected to nature.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the assigned books and join the group discussions in class. Make the most of this course and remember that this course is designed to give you the opportunity to meet other freshman.
